EVENTSFrom corporate events to special celebrations, Historic Dubsdread Ballroom & Catering offers everything you need to make them unforgettable . . . unique settings, outstanding cuisine and first class service!
DEPOSIT To secure your room and date, a $1,250.00 non-refundable Reservation Fee is required for larger functions; and a $695.00 non-refundable Reservation Fee is required for smaller events. This Fee will be applied towards your Total Charges on the Final Bill. A deposit of 50% of your projected total bill is due 90 days prior to your event. Full payment of your estimated balance is due 10 days prior to your event.
ROOM CHARGES There are standard room rentals and set up charges that apply to all functions. Rooms are rented in four (4) hour increments. You are also guaranteed two hours prior to function for all deliveries and set up requirements.. A charge of $150.00 will be assessed for each additional hour.. The Banquet Room - $600.00 All Three Rooms - $995.00
LINEN CHARGE A linen charge of $10.00 per table will be assessed for all floor length round linens required.
GUARANTEES A Final Guarantee is due 10 Days prior to your event. Any increase is subject to availability. If attendance falls below the guarantee, the Host will be financially responsible for the number guaranteed.
PRICE INCREASES Prices quoted are subject to change.
OUTSIDE FOOD & BEVERAGE Due to Health Department and Alcohol Beverage Control Laws and Regulations, all food and beverage products must be prepared and served by Historic Dubsdread Ballroom & Catering's Staff. Celebration Cakes are the exception.
ALCOHOL BEVERAGE SERVICE As a licensee of the State of Alcoholic Beverage Control Authority, Historic Dubsdread Ballroom & Catering strictly adheres to all laws and regulations pertaining to service and sale of alcoholic beverages. We ask your understanding and must insist upon your corporation in preventing sales to minor or intoxicated persons.
DECORATIONS All table centerpieces and other decorations must meet fire and safety codes and regulations. In addition, Historic Dubsdread Ballroom & Catering does not permit anything to be affixed to the walls, ceilings, furniture, fixtures, furnishings or any other property unless the Club gives approval. In the event any of the foregoing is done without authorization, the person and/or company responsible for the function will pay the cost of any repair and/or damaged property. Removal of all decorations is the responsibility of the client.
SECURITY Historic Dubsdread Ballroom & Catering, at its discretion, may require security for certain events. The cost of these services will be the responsibility of the client.
LOSS AND DAMAGE Historic Dubsdread Ballroom & Catering is not responsible for any damages or loss of any merchandise or articles left prior to, during or after any event. The client agrees to be responsible for any damages to Historic Dubsdread Ballroom & Catering Property by the client, guests and attendees of the event.
CANCELLATION POLICY Deposits are non-refundable if canceled.
TAX & SERVICE CHARGE 20% Service Charge and State Sales Tax will be added.
SEATING CAPACITY Banquet Room............................150 Courtyard also available for ceremonies. If attendance or requirements vary, Dubsdread reserves the right to reassign rooms accordingly. Please no Bird Seed, Rice, Confetti or Sparklers. Bubbles and Rose Petals may be used in outside area only.
APPROVED VENDORS All vendors on our Approved Vendor List are experienced and trusted wedding professionals, ensuring your wedding day goes smoothly. Vendors not listed may be approved on an individual basis with advance written approval by Dubsdread, prior to contract signing. This only applies to vendors providing goods or services on Dubsdread property
